shawn bently orphan works act
senator leahy (d) from vermont. hmm. umm, loser? maybe all the artists should give their work away and starve? this old man does not have a clue! loser! thats it, start chopping away at copyright protection laws and in the not so far off future, there will be none left. your -shawn bently orphan works act- is a load of crap! w.t.f. is an "orphan work" anway? some made up b-s. if you ask me. why did people in vermont vote for this guy? like 6 times! their are much more important issues in this country(and the world) that need attention a.s.a.p. if i give away my work, can i come live at your home in vermont? please? will you feed me? this guy probaly never bought any art in his entire life! loooooser! yes, artists should be paid. and well paid at that. they all make this place at the very least, a nice place to look at after politicians like mr. leahy come through and fuck it all up for everyone! shawn bently orphan works act = bullshit! somebody retire this guy already. out with the old and in with the new please...copyright laws are in place for a reason, to keep people like yourself from screwing the "little people" out here. duh! jackass. hey, why don't you work on a way of turning maple syrup into the next "flex fuel"?

dodge cummins vp-44 install complete.
finished the install on the 1999 dodge 2500 4x4 this evening. truck now runs better than ever! new "blue chips" vp-44 diesel injector pump= $1650.00, 2 new batteries = $210.00, edge 'juice w/ attitude' monitor = $719.00, new cummins cam position sensor = $63.00, oil, filter, and no 'silicate' prestone antifreeze= $95.00,new 'airtex' lift/transfer pump= $170.00. total= ? i don't think i can add that high! also added a "scanguage" for $158.00. that guage is money well spent if you own a vehicle newer than 1996. it tells you all the codes stored in the vehicles computer and also clears the "check engine" light when told to. it also computes m.p.g., cost per trip & other parameters. the guage is easily transferable from vehicle to vehicle w/ 1 simple hookup! (connects to the obd II port usually at the bottom of the dash, near where your right foot would be when sitting in the vehicle). some models may be different. thats where it is on a dodge cummins pick-up. this truck moves all the scultures i do, so its very important that 1- its runs and 2- its runs well! truck is running very well now. i also saved who knows how much money by doing all the work myself. i'd say i'm pretty well versed on how my trucks diesel fuel system works now. well almost. the bosch vp-44 is a poorly designed injector pump and should have -never- been used on the 5.9 cummins engines! my .02. the lift pump set-up is also poorly designed and seems to me all these ideas where just 'pushed threw' to get these trucks out on the market. b-s! thanks dodge! you rule. not. it sure is a quick 8800 lb. truck now.... yeah. saved a bunch doing it myself but now my hands hurt and have added a couple new 'scratches' to some good tattoos.... oh well.....

new -painted- dragon!
this is what i do. this space was created so others could see what i've been doing. and post their feedback is they choose to do so. people have called my work "bits and pieces" type of art. i don't know. i don't think it is. i know its not. see, being aself-taught artist/welder with no arts degree, i guess you get taken less seriously in certain circles? whatever. the work is good. kingsport,tn. is one of those type of places... oh well! and art is not sold "by the pound".
